No promised outcomes

DemandAngels may support response, follow-up, qualification, booking, CRM notes, and related sales tasks. We do not promise leads, bookings, sales, revenue, attendance, signed customers, case volume, cost savings, or any specific business result.

AI limitations

AI systems can misunderstand context, produce incomplete drafts, classify messages incorrectly, or suggest an action that needs human review. Test mode, approval rules, and human escalation are used to reduce risk, but they do not remove the need for oversight.

Human approval and account rules

The customer is responsible for approving the AI employee playbook, tool access, customer-facing claims, do-not-contact rules, escalation rules, and live-use permissions. Unclear, sensitive, or risky situations should be routed to a human.

Third-party tools

DemandAngels may depend on third-party CRMs, email tools, calendars, messaging tools, hosting services, analytics tools, and AI model providers. Service behavior can be affected by third-party outages, limits, policy changes, data quality, or access settings.
