By using this website, contacting DemandAngels, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any written agreement, statement of work, or order form that applies to your service.

DemandAngels services

DemandAngels provides AI staffing and supervised automation services. We help map a sales process, configure an AI employee, test behavior, place approved work into existing tools, and support the launch according to the agreed service scope.

No promised outcomes

DemandAngels may help with response speed, follow-up, qualification, booking support, CRM notes, and related sales tasks. We do not promise leads, bookings, revenue, signed customers, attendance, or any specific business result.

Client responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of business information, offers, claims, pricing, customer rules, do-not-contact rules, tool access, contact lists, and approval decisions you provide or approve. You are responsible for reviewing AI employee behavior before using it with real customers.

AI employee review

AI employees are software-based assistants. Their drafts, classifications, recommendations, notes, and actions should be reviewed under the approval rules set for your account. You should not use DemandAngels to make legal, medical, financial, employment, or compliance decisions without qualified human review.

Third-party tools

DemandAngels may connect with third-party tools such as CRM systems, email tools, calendars, messaging tools, AI model providers, hosting services, and analytics tools. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, data limits, or access issues caused by third-party tools.

Intellectual property

DemandAngels and Bulktide LLC retain ownership of their software, templates, prompts, training methods, documentation, designs, and service materials unless a written agreement says otherwise. You retain ownership of your business information and customer data, subject to the permissions needed to provide the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bulktide LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, or business-interruption damages arising from the website or services.
