These terms cover this website and the services of Bulktide LLC, trading as DemandAngels, the seller.

Using this website

This website gives information. Sending the form or booking a call does not buy anything and does not create an account.

Our offers

• Free Marcus is our AI sales coach. Joining the list does not give instant access or a launch date.
• The full AI team (Maya, Sofia and Marcus) is a paid plan. Price, scope and terms are set in a written proposal and agreement before any work starts.
• Nora and Leo are coming soon. They cannot be hired yet.

The “Hire me” chat and examples

The chat on this website is a demo with set answers. It is not a live AI. It does not book calls or contact anyone. The team activity feed shows an example. The calculator shows a guess based on your numbers, not a promise.

What a paid plan includes

We set up your AI team in your tools, test it with you, and help you go live. At first, you approve their messages. More automation is added only as agreed with you.

No promised results

We do not promise leads, calls, bookings, sales, revenue or any other result.

Your part

You are responsible for the business details, offers, prices, contact lists, do-not-contact rules and tool access you give us, and for the messages you approve.

AI employees are software

Our AI employees are software, not people. They can make mistakes. Do not use them for legal, medical, money, tax or hiring decisions without a qualified person.

Other companies’ tools

A paid plan may use tools like GHL, email, calendars, Slack and AI providers. We are not responsible for their outages, limits or changes.

Who owns what

Bulktide LLC keeps ownership of its software, templates, prompts, training methods, designs and service materials, unless a written agreement says otherwise. You keep ownership of your business information and customer data. You give us only the permissions we need to provide the service.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, DemandAngels is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, or business interruption, arising from this website or our services.
