Privacy policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This policy explains how Bulktide LLC, trading as DemandAngels (“we”), handles the details you share on this website.

What we collect

When you send our form (“Book a call”, “Book your free sales check” or “Get free Marcus”), we collect:

• your name, email and company name;
• your sales team size;
• what you want: the full AI team or free Marcus;
• your message, if you write one;
• your consent, the time you gave it, the version of this policy and the page you sent the form from.

The consent box is not ticked for you. It says: “DemandAngels (Bulktide LLC) may contact me about this.” Please do not send passwords, keys or private customer data through the form or by email.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, set up a call, tell you about free Marcus if you asked for him, and prepare a proposal if you want one. We do not sell your details. Your consent does not cover marketing from other companies.

Where it goes

Our website server sends the form straight to our DemandAngels account in GoHighLevel (GHL), our CRM. GHL saves you as a contact, adds the tag “website-enquiry” (and “free-marcus” if you chose free Marcus), and tells the owner inside GHL. The website itself does not keep a copy. Emails you send us are handled by our email provider.

The “Hire me” chat

Right now, the chat on our website is a demo with set answers. It runs in your browser. It does not send what you click to us or to any AI service. If we turn on a live AI chat, we will update this policy first.

Website visits

Our hosting gets the normal technical details needed to show you a page, like your IP address and browser type. We do not use analytics, ad trackers, tracking cookies or outside fonts.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for six months after our last real contact with you. If we never followed up, the six months start when you sent the form. The owner removes old entries in GHL by hand.

Your choices

Email [email protected] at any time to stop contact, see what we hold about you, fix it, or have it deleted sooner. We will do it.

Keeping it safe

Only the owner and a trusted helper can open our GHL account and inbox. No system is 100% safe, so please share only what we need.
